4. Subscriptions and Payments

ForgeAI offers subscription plans and one-time purchases. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers:

• Apple In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple. Apple's payment terms and privacy policy apply to those transactions.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to validate and manage subscription entitlements across platforms. RevenueCat processes subscription status data on our behalf.
• Stripe: Web-based subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment information submitted through their platform.

ForgeAI does not store full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. Payment credentials are handled entirely by the respective payment processors.

5. User-Generated Content

The Service includes community features that allow you to submit posts, comments, and images. Please be aware of the following:

• Content you post may be visible to other users of the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
• We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
• We may use automated tools, including AI-based moderation, to review submitted content for policy compliance.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems, subject to the exceptions below.
• We may retain certain data as required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements), or for compliance with legal obligations.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

7. Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so:

• If an in-app account deletion option is available, you may use that feature directly.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and confirm completion. Active subscriptions should be canceled before requesting deletion to avoid continued billing.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share information with the following categories of service providers, solely as necessary to operate the Service:

• Apple: For processing and validating in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat: For managing subscription entitlements.
• Stripe: For processing web-based payments.
• Hosting and Infrastructure Providers: For hosting, data storage, and delivering the Service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ForgeAI, our users, or the public.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure storage practices for data at rest. While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our community features are not directed at children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 11. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our servers or service providers are located.
